If your problem / project is fairly straightforward, you want to know that we won’t trip up. If your problem / project is more complex, you want to know that we’ll be able to provide the support you need. You don’t want your boss to think you chose the wrong supplier. If you are the boss, you don’t want to let your team down by choosing the wrong supplier.
